Excellent app with truly outstanding support… They’ve been extremely responsive and helpful twice now: Added the ability to embed videos directly in the delivery page editor. I’ve been searching for an app that does what Fileflare does for years (selling digital with physical products, pre orders etc) and have tried many different apps, all with varying degrees of problems. Fileflare seems like it’s in a field of it’s own.

Fileflare has worked very well with my Shopify store, and the support has been outstanding. Ian has taken the time to understand my particular setup and what I’m trying to accomplish with both retail ebooks and institutional resources. He has answered my questions clearly, followed up with helpful information, and never pressured me to change settings before I was ready. Having knowledgeable support while building a more complicated digital-delivery workflow has been extremely valuable. Highly recommended.

Great product, and tech support is stellar. I was able to get in touch with an actual human and get the answers I needed – very quickly – to complete setup. Then, when I needed an option added to the PDF Stamp feature (the primary use in my case for this app), the team responded and the feature had been added within about a week.

Went through my extensive order history and pulled in all my pre-existing digital orders, which was something my older Download app couldn’t do… saved me a ton of time. Uptime is great, but support response when something does go wrong is even better.

I use this app to sell sets of Treasure Hunt Clues as PDFs. I like that I can replace a PDF and there is the option to notify previous customers. […] Good app. Good customer service.
