Froonze Customer Accounts Concierge is a popular Shopify app for customizing customer account pages. Fileflare integrates with Froonze directly — digital downloads show up in customers’ accounts without any theme code edits.
Requires the Fileflare Premium plan (for customer-account downloads) and the Froonze Customer Accounts Concierge app. The order-page integration may require Froonze’s paid tier (extra ~$2/month for partner integrations).
When you’d use this
- You use Froonze for customer accounts and want digital downloads inline with your other account features.
- You want a “View all downloads” link in Froonze’s main account view.
- You want the per-order download box on each order page in Froonze.
Setup
1. Enable customer account downloads in Fileflare
- In Fileflare, go to Settings → Checkout settings.
- Enable Display download links on the customer accounts order page.
- Save.
Option A: “View all downloads” link
Adds a link customers can click to see every download across all their orders.
- In Froonze, add a new menu icon or button.
- Set the URL to
/apps/digital-downloads. - Save.
Customers clicking it land on Fileflare’s “View all downloads” page (login required).
Option B: order-page downloads
- In Froonze, go to Settings → Account page → Integrations.
- Scroll to Fileflare DDA Digital Downloads.
- Toggle it on. If it’s greyed out, you may need Froonze’s paid tier (~$2/month) to enable partner integrations.
- Save.
Now each order page in Froonze shows Fileflare’s download box for that order’s digital assets, styled to match your account page theme.
Test it
Place a test order, log into the test customer’s account, and verify downloads appear where configured.
Common issues
- Fileflare integration is greyed out in Froonze — Froonze gates this behind their paid tier in some configurations. Upgrade Froonze to enable.
- Order page is empty — confirm the order is Paid and the product has assets attached. Both apps need Premium-tier Fileflare too.
- “View all downloads” link redirects to a sign-in — expected. The link requires the customer to be logged in to their Shopify account.
