If you run multiple Shopify stores and use Fileflare on each, we offer discounts that scale with how many stores you have — 10% off at 2 stores up to 35% off at 10+. Each store still needs its own subscription (Shopify’s billing model doesn’t allow shared plans), but the discount applies across all of them.
Available on all paid plans. The discount has to be applied manually on our end since Shopify doesn’t expose cross-store account linking. Contact us with your store names and we’ll connect them in our backend.

- 10+ stores — 35% off each.

- Make sure Fileflare is installed on every store you want to include.
- Contact us with the list of store URLs.
- We’ll link them in our backend and apply the discount on the next billing cycle.
Why we can’t auto-detect
Shopify’s app and partner APIs don’t surface cross-store account info to apps — they treat each store as a separate, isolated tenant. We have no way to know two stores belong to the same merchant unless you tell us. So the discount is manual but quick.
Common issues
- Can I have one subscription that covers all my stores? No. Shopify’s billing requires one app subscription per store. The discount is the closest thing to a multi-store deal.
- I added a store later — does the discount auto-update? No, you’ll need to let us know when you add or remove stores so we can adjust the tier.
- I downgraded one store to free — does it still count? Free-tier stores don’t count toward the discount tier (since there’s nothing to discount). Only paid stores.
