Where customers can access downloads
- Email — on by default, all plans.
- Thank-you page — paid plans. Customers see download links the moment they pay.
- Customer accounts — Premium plan. Self-serve access anytime.
- Shopify’s order confirmation email — Basic plan and up. Use Shopify’s own (high-deliverability) email to deliver.
